Why is the Battery not included?
Each application is unique and will require an adequate
sized battery for solar energy storage. If you are only
wanting to run a laptop on a camping trip, than a small
$20 battery will do. If you are planning on running multiple
appliances or a power demanding appliance, you will need
a larger more expensive battery. We at Century Wind
don't believe in the "Cookie Cutter" approach,
your satisfaction is our top priority so we help design
an adequate and efficient Solar Energy system and recommend
an adequate battery size as a starting point.
The Foran Emergency Power System is modular, so as your
power demands increase your Foran E.P.S can grow with you
as simply as adding or replacing your existing battery for
Solar Energy storage!
